#FoodWasteActionWeek – design a recipe from your leftovers
Families and schools are being urged to take part in Southport Eco Centre’s recipe competition, which launched this week as part of #FoodWasteActionWeek.
The best entries will be turned into recipe cards and made available to schools and community groups across the whole North West region.
