Sefton Community Learning Service offer course to help get Sefton tech savvy

Our team at Sefton Community Learning Service are launching a new course to help get people up to speed in a digital world.

The Digital Passport Course will cover the basics of computer use to help with daily life as well as job applications. It will offer a refresh of basic IT skills and cover e-safety to keep people safe from scams online.

The course will also cover how to set up and use Outlook e mail, how to use the internet safely, making video calls and develop skills in word processing. Job search, application forms and attaching to emails.

The course starts on the 18th Feb at 9:30am-12:30pm and will run for 6 weeks.

All you need to get started is some very basic computer skills for logging on, using a keyboard and mouse, basic Internet searching. You must have access to Wi-Fi, laptop or PC to do this course.

Once the course is completed, you will have qualified in Digital Passport – Developing Online Skills E3 Online Course.
