Managing Agent Accreditation Scheme
Following the introduction of the property accreditation scheme launched in 2013, Sefton Council has now launched a Managing Agent Accreditation Scheme.
The free scheme offers agents and property managers public recognition for being a good agent that provides well managed private rented accommodation within Sefton.
Agents who meet the requirements of the scheme will receive a certificate of accreditation which will last for 5 years, Concentric Sales and Lettings are the first agent to be accredited.
Cllr Trish Hardy, Cabinet Member Communities and Housing, said: “I am really pleased that we are offering this voluntary scheme across the borough.
“It gives good agents an opportunity to stand out amongst the rest and ultimately helps to improve housing conditions in the private rented sector throughout Sefton. If you are an agent please consider this valuable scheme.”
